Formerly known as Dr. Dennis M. Brtva & Associates

Dr. Dennis M. Brtva established his Bloomington practice within the Bloomington LensCrafters in March 1991. On March 4, 2022, he transitioned the practice to an independent private office, now known as Bloomington Eye Professionals.

In 1993, Dr. Brtva expanded his practice by opening a second location within the Peoria LensCrafters. That office also transitioned to a private practice setting on January 21, 2022, relocating to the Illinois Vision Clinic and becoming Peoria Eye Professionals.

Today, Central Illinois Family Eyecare continues Dr. Brtva's long-standing commitment to providing exceptional, personalized eye care to patients throughout Central Illinois.
